Reviews
Hear directly from our residents and their families about the care they receive. At Arbor Post Acute, you can trust that your well-being is in the hands of a compassionate team committed to providing safe, high-quality support every step of the way.
Arbor Post Acute took care of my mom when she was diagnosed with dementia and stage 4 cancer. She was there long term for over 2 years. The care they provided my mom was excellent. For 2 years, I consistently got check in calls about how she was doing in between our monthly visits and there was never any issue with her care. The nurses were overwhelmingly caring and pleasantly helpful. Whenever we had a concern, they took our concerns very seriously and followed up with us. We visited regularly and every single time, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. My mom loved to introduce us to the staff and so we met all of the staff that interacted with our mom and they all would be delighted to meet us and engage with our mom. Because we were 3 hours away from the facility, it was a great comfort to know that she had angels taking care of her when we were not there. Arbor Post Acute administrative staff is great as well. When we had an issue with coverage, they were extremely patient while I reapplied for coverage and they were very supportive during the process, affirming that they would keep taking great care of her as long as she was there. Even towards the end, my mom would remark: “You know, I am really loved here. They really do love me here.” and we saw proof of this every visit. The team at Arbor is excellent. Me and my family will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the wonderful people we met at Arbor.
Terry is our cleaning lady for station three and maybe more I just don’t know cause I’m on station three. Terry goes above and beyond in so many ways first off she cheers everybody up. Terry also is so thorough. I mean even the windowsills and the AC. Terry is also super friendly. I hear her in the hallways continuously greeting people asking if she can help in anyway. Everything is so spic and span by the time she leaves and it’s always with her special touch of friendliness. I have been here for 2+ months and the whole staff is very nice. There are a few that go above and beyond and I think that’s so important and that is why I gave Terry five stars. Because she is extra, she does go the extra mile and she does take pride and where she works. That’s important. Robin Fernandes Somers.

Kelsie T I am wanting to leave a review for I met her within the first week I was here and she is always been to the point, tells it like it is and doesn’t sugarcoat things that is a great trait in anybody. I know most of the patients in here may be dementia and other things going on, but for someone like me that is just broken every bone in her body just about lol. I do not need someone talking to me like I have dementia lol. She is always a breath of fresh air and brings me coffee or a mocha in the mornings when my husband isn’t coming and I need a cup of coffee. She encourages me to do better and try more to want to get stronger and I appreciate that right now especially when I’m frustrated. She is the type of person I would want as a friend in life because she always gives me spiritual thoughts when I need them and especially right now when I’m so frustrated with everything and just wanna give up. Arbor is lucky to have someone like her, it takes all kinds to make a facility work you need the ones that are sweet and will tell you what you want to hear just to lift you up, you need the ones like Kelsie that tells you like it is for a person like me, but still knows how to lift me up and make me laugh and that for me is the most important. I finally figured out how to do this so I will be doing this on multiple ones before I leave which I hope as soon cause I need to get home lol. Kelsie truly cares for each and everyone of the patients now I know I’m only able to see a few of them right around me, but with some of them that don’t have dementia they have said and agreed with me that she is amazing. She literally brings coffee to so money in the morning so that they can feel revived. Sincerely, Robin Fernandes Somers. Room 304B
