Daytime nurses Christina, P and Jessica V were the majority of the time I was at Arbor my nurses and I can’t say enough about them every morning. They greeted me with a smile. They encouraged me daily and helped me recover and took care of my mental state so many times. It is definitely not easy being in a care facility. Although I was not the youngest ever or probably in there, I was still one of the youngest and that for my state of mind was very hard. Even though I had two of the best roommates I could ever have and I grew to love both of them very much. I hope Arbor realizes what they have in Christina. She works hard every single day even if she is having a hard time outside of work, you would never know it. I learned that she lost her father just a short time before I got there and yet still, she carried herself with such grace. I grew to absolutely love her character, her loving personality and her joy. Jessica OMG, another one that every morning greeted everybody as she passed through. She never thought something was too hard or took the time to help with didn’t matter if it was a CNA job or hers she did either. I learned that Jessica has the most adorable little boy. She brought her baby in one day and actually took the time to bring him in to share with me. Jessica and Christina I will take both of you into my life for the rest of my life, and I will never be able to repay you for all the joy you brought me while I was going through the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through in my life. I was in a head on accident on an icy bridge February 20, 2026. I slice through the artery on my ankle. I broke both femur. I broke my left arm my clavicle and fractured my right hand or wrist and broke three fingers and so much of that staff helped me to recover. Thank you. Respectfully Robin Fernandes Somers.

Our family is incredibly grateful for the care our Mom received during her stay at Arbor Post. The staff consistently showed kindness, patience and genuine compassion throughout her recovery. They were attentive to her needs, responsive to our questions and made us feel informed and supported every step of the way. The facility itself was clean, well maintained and created a comfortable environment for healing!

Arbor Post Acute took care of my mom when she was diagnosed with dementia and stage 4 cancer. She was there long term for over 2 years. The care they provided my mom was excellent. For 2 years, I consistently got check in calls about how she was doing in between our monthly visits and there was never any issue with her care. The nurses were overwhelmingly caring and pleasantly helpful. Whenever we had a concern, they took our concerns very seriously and followed up with us. We visited regularly and every single time, we were greeted with warm smiles by the staff. My mom loved to introduce us to the staff and so we met all of the staff that interacted with our mom and they all would be delighted to meet us and engage with our mom. Because we were 3 hours away from the facility, it was a great comfort to know that she had angels taking care of her when we were not there. Arbor Post Acute administrative staff is great as well. When we had an issue with coverage, they were extremely patient while I reapplied for coverage and they were very supportive during the process, affirming that they would keep taking great care of her as long as she was there. Even towards the end, my mom would remark: “You know, I am really loved here. They really do love me here.” and we saw proof of this every visit. The team at Arbor is excellent.
